Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned subject to the conditions below.

New and Unused Products

New, unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 60 days from the original purchase date of purchase for a credit, or exchange.

To qualify, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Be free from damage, markings, or alterations.

Used Products

Used products are not eligible for return under this Return Policy.

For used products experiencing issues, please refer to our Warranty Policy. Any warranty claim will be assessed in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and conditions.

If a product is believed to have a manufacturing fault:

  • The customer must notify us within 14 days of purchase.
  • The product may be subject to inspection, testing, and manufacturer assessment.
  • If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, the product may be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion.
  • Products found to be fully functional or where the issue is determined not to be a manufacturing fault will not qualify for return and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Return Authorisation

All returns require prior approval by our technician team before the product is sent back. Returns received without an approval may be refused will returned to the customer at their expense.

For warranty claims require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before products are returned.

Warranty returns received without an approved RMA may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products returned more than 60 days after purchase.
  • Used products without a verified manufacturing fault.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, improper installation, power surges, accidents, environmental conditions, or unauthorised modification.
  • Special-order, custom-configured, or non-stock items unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified product defect.
