At ENDY AUSTRALIA ('ENDY'), we offer out-of-warranty repair services to ensure that your devices, and your client’s, continue to operate efficiently even after the original manufacturer or extended warranty period has expired. Get in touch with our expert technical support team to find out which products and technologies are eligible for repair under these services. We also work with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to provide repairs of the highest standard. Through receiving repairs conducted by the device’s manufacturer, you receive increased long-term value and lifespan. Our multi-vendor repair operations cover a range of repairs and component replacements. Additional or specialised services may be negotiated with our support team.
Pricing Quotation A quotation will be provided after faulty device has been received and inspected by our technical team via email.
Logistics and Reverse Logistics After consulting with the ENDY technical support team, please return the defective device to us — device only, no accessories required. As part of ENDY’s repair process, each party is responsible for one-way shipping*. *Customers cover the cost of sending the device to ENDY for repair, and we will cover the cost of returning the repaired device back to you. Please note: ENDY AUSTRALIA reserves the right to determine whether to proceed with a repair and has the final decision regarding the repair procedure.
