The choice of logistic service depends on customers shipment location. While we strive to accommodate customer's preferences, we reserve the right to select the carrier. Our primary goal is to ensure fast and affordable delivery services that support the success of your business.

Dispatch Location: Brisbane, Queensland.

To ensure timely processing and same-day dispatch, ENDY only accepts Purchase orders and remittance advice submitted before 1:15 PM (BNE time) on each business day. This allows our warehouse team to efficiently package your order and arrange shipment bookings before logistic services cut-off time. Any orders received after the cut-off time will be dispatched on the next business day.

Self-Pickup Service
Self-pickup is available from Monday to Friday during our regular business hours. To schedule a pickup for your order, please contact our warehouse by phone on 1300-725-323.

Tax Invoices
Invoices will not be included with any shipments or self-pickup unless specifically requested; only packing lists/ bar-codes will be provided. All tax invoices will be sent electronically to the customer's designated company email address.

Redelivery Policy
Please note that if customers request redelivery through any of our logistics services, additional charges will apply for each redelivery. This fee covers the costs associated with rescheduling and managing your shipment. To avoid these charges, we recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the package at the original delivery address.

Shipment Tracking Details
Tracking details will be sent to customers once shipments have been dispatched to customer's designated company email address. We encourage customers to monitor the progress of their shipments to ensure timely delivery.
